We hope you enjoy all products purchased at, but understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. If we shipped you the wrong product, or your order arrived damaged we're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Please email within 15 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping charges), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

Nãm mushroom kit

We 100% guarantee that our Nãm mushroom kits will produce at least one harvest per kit. If your mushroom kit does not grow as expected, contact customer support at Our experienced support team will offer troubleshooting advice to help grow your mushroom kit. If your mushroom kit does not produce with the aid of our customer support, Nãm will send a free replacement mushroom kit. We will replace any defective, old, or stubborn mushroom kits with a brand new one.
