In 2025, we deepened our roots in sustainability, innovation, and local impact. From expanding our urban farms to growing strong partnerships across the food industry, this year marked a major step forward in our mission to make better food, more accessible to all.

All our mushrooms are grown using renewable 100% solar energy, reducing our carbon footprint and making each harvest special.

Every year, together with Delta Cafés, we collect over

50 tons of coffee grounds from Lisbon’s offices and vending machines.

Our circular production system recycles 80% of the water used in mushroom cultivation.

After growing our mushrooms, we return over 100 tons of nutrient-rich spent substrate back to the soil every year — closing the loop and nourishing local green spaces, gardens, and farms.
