Easter Cookies: Rough Mushrooms

Easter is just around the corner, and we are already inspired! 😃
That's why we thought of sharing this recipe for Crude and Sweet Mushrooms with you! 😜🍄 Yes! They are mushroom-shaped cookies! To make this Easter especially fun. ✨

Here's the recipe for anyone who wants to venture into the kitchen!

Ingredients:

•250g of Whole Spelled Flour
•150g of Coconut Sugar
•1 dessert spoon of Vanilla Extract
•4 tablespoons of vegetable butter
•1 teaspoon of baking soda
•1 teaspoon of baking powder
•1 cup of soy milk
•1 pinch of Himalayan fine salt
•Pink peppercorns to decorate
•2 squares of 70% cocoa chocolate
•2 eggs

Preparation:

It's very simple, mix all the liquid ingredients well in one bowl and all the solid ingredients in another.

The butter must be melted over the heat and mixed with the liquid ingredients.

Then add the liquids to the solids bowl and mix again very well.
A moldable paste should be formed, so this is the time to adjust quantities and add more flour or more soy drink depending on the consistency of the paste.

After that, just shape it into mushrooms, place it in the oven already preheated to 180º and cook for around 15/20 minutes. We don't want them to be hard, just well cooked and still fluffy inside.

When they come out of the oven and cool down a little, we can then dip the top of the mushrooms in the chocolate syrup. To do this, melt the chocolate squares over low heat with a little soy milk.

At the end, sprinkle with pink peppercorns to garnish or any other ingredient you prefer 😉

Have fun and enjoy these sweet mushrooms! 🍄🍄🍄
